You provide the details and optionally any suggested search areas. We take care of the mission planning and execution.
$625.00 Service Charge + $1.40 / Mile (Round-Trip)
- Up to 3 hours of search time included
- At pilot’s discretion, additional search time may be (and often is) extended
- Any combination of Aerial or Ground Search
Return Visit Policy: While we aim to resolve every case on the first deployment, some searches or circumstances (e.g. new sightings, unable to hand-capture on the first attempt, etc.) may require follow-up. Any subsequent visits for the same case are billed at a 50% discount on the service charge.

These additional charges are uncommon and apply only in specific circumstances.
If any apply to your search, we will discuss it with you clearly during the intake process.
Controlled Airspace: $75.00
Required when a search must be performed in controlled airspace (such as within 3 miles of active airports). This covers the strict FAA authorization process, advanced mission planning, and increased operational risks.
Adverse Weather Conditions: $125.00
Applied when searches must be conducted in rain, high winds, temperatures near or below freezing, or other challenging conditions that require specialized weather-rated equipment and increased risk to the aircraft.
Major Holiday Service: $150.00
Applied to searches conducted during major national holiday periods (including New Year’s Eve/Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). This surcharge allows us to offer on-call emergency service and compensates our flight crew(s) for time away from their families. To ensure availability, this additional charge applies to the holiday itself, as well as the two days preceding and two days following the observed holiday.
