Welcome to Canine’s Halo. By using our services, including our website, drone search operations, and any related communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Service Overview
Canine’s Halo provides aerial drone-based search services as well as ground-based search service, primarily focused on locating lost pets using thermal imaging and other advanced technologies. Our services may include free or paid search operations, depending on the nature of the request and location.
Eligibility for Use
By using our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- You are legally permitted to enter into binding contracts.
- You provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the service request process.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate details about the lost pet, including photos, behavioral traits, last known location, and any medical conditions.
- Be available for communication during the search operation.
- Follow safety instructions from Canine’s Halo team members, including staying away from restricted search areas unless explicitly invited.
Service Limitations and Disclaimers
- No Guarantee of Success: While Canine’s Halo uses advanced technology and experienced drone pilots to recover lost pets, we do not guarantee that the pet will be found. Various factors including (but not limited to) terrain, weather, temperament of the animal and/or time elapsed since the pet went missing may affect the outcome.
- Limited by Legal and Environmental Restrictions: Our drone operations are subject to federal, state, and local laws, including FAA regulations. We may not be able to conduct operations in certain areas or during certain weather conditions.
- Service Availability: The availability of Canine’s Halo services may vary based on location and operational capacity. We do not guarantee that service will be available at all times or in all areas.
- Service Fees: While some of our search flights are performed free of charge, others may incur fees. These fees will be communicated clearly before services are rendered.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled search by notifying Canine’s Halo in writing. If a paid service has been arranged, refunds for cancellations will be granted at the discretion of Canine’s Halo and will depend on the timing of the cancellation.
Canine’s Halo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a search due to adverse weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any prepaid fees will either be refunded or applied to a rescheduled search, depending on user preference.

Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
- No Warranty: Canine’s Halo provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Canine’s Halo, its employees, or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of pets, emotional distress, or financial loss.
- Force Majeure: Canine’s Halo shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, or technical failures.
User Conduct
When interacting with Canine’s Halo, you agree not to:
- Engage in any unlawful activities or violate any local, state, or federal laws.
- Misrepresent or provide false information about your pet or its circumstances.
- Use our services for any fraudulent or malicious purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Canine’s Halo, including but not limited to logos, website content, images, drone footage, and other media, is the property of Canine’s Halo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from Canine’s Halo.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with your use of our services.
